Refund & Return Policy

Standard Policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Downloadable products (eBooks, digital files)
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances
  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.)

Partial Refunds May Apply

  • Returned books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened media items
  • Damaged items not due to our error
  • Returns requested after the 30-day window

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon return.
If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a refund is approved, return shipping will be deducted
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance, especially for high-value items

Refund Processing
